Customer Reviews
Consistently good quality
This was my third time buying from Flying Eyes, and like before, the experience was smooth. I picked up a pair of Hawk Convertible frames this time, and I already have the Kingfisher. They consistently deliver on their promise of comfort under a headset. The quality of the frames and lenses has been reliable across all my orders. My previous pairs have held up well, so I expect these to do the same. It's why I keep coming back, they just work for what I need without any fuss.
Good fit, slow shipping
I ordered the Kestrel Aviator sunglasses with non-prescription polarized lenses. They fit really well under my headset, which was the main goal. The micro-thin temples are a game changer for comfort on long flights. My only minor gripe was that shipping took almost a full week to get to me, which felt a bit slow for a domestic order. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase, but would expect quicker delivery next time.
So comfortable under my helmet!
I just got the Otus sunglasses with mirrored lenses and I can't believe how comfortable they are under my motorcycle helmet! I used to have issues with pressure points, but these micro-thin temples totally solved that. It's a huge difference for long rides. I'm definitely going to get my dad a pair for Father's Day!
Decent value for the price
I got the Golden Eagle Sport sunglasses during a sale. I needed something that would work with my motorcycle helmet without digging in, and these were a good fit. The price was pretty fair after the discount. I probably wouldn't have paid full price, but for what I paid, I think I got a good deal. They feel sturdy enough and the lenses are clear.
Nose pads could be better
Got the Cooper frames with prescription lenses. They're okay. The frames themselves are light and the prescription seems accurate. The nose pads slide a bit when I sweat, which is a bit annoying. Other than that, they're fine.

Share tips, ask questions & help fellow shoppers save more
Thinking about grabbing a pair for my dad for Father's Day. Anyone know if they usually do any sales around then? Or should I just jump on it now?
Hey, I'm trying to decide between Flying Eyes and some other brands like Ray-Ban. Are these really that much better for flying? What's the big deal with the thin temples?
